Shipping and processing:

We use letter mail for shipping which is untracked. We have a flat rate of $1.50 to $2 for letter mail shipping. Orders over $25 there will be free shipping. Please allow for 1-4 days for processing your order and packing. Please not that we use standard mail so there will be no tracking number. An estimated delivery timeframe from after your order has been shipped depends on location but could be 3-5 business days. Please note transit times can be delayed due to unseen events. If any damage occurs during transit please contact us. This also goes for lost items please contact within a 30 days period so we can help resolve any issues.
