Returns and Refunds:

we DO NOT accept cancellations or edits to orders after they have been shipped. In the same note we do accept returns, refunds and exchange for lost items after 30 days. Please contact us with evidence of when the item was expected to arrive, this must happen within a 30 days after the item was to be expected to arrive.
